• Once an order is placed or uploaded, Full amount of the order is to be paid. myTranscriptionPlace has a no refund, no cancellation policy.
• Order now and pay later is subject to approval from myTranscriptionPlace management team.
• Files submitted for translation can be translated differently by different translators; however, myTranscriptionPlace guarantees the same general meaning. With translation, there will always be subjectivity and different ways to word certain content. Orders are not refundable at myTranscriptionPlace.
• The quote downloaded from the price calculator https://mytranscriptionplace.com/pricing-quote-estimate is final, unless there is a change in the specifications.
• All turnaround times are mentioned in the price calculator along with their respective rates.
• For any type of conversion of files to any other type of media besides the electronic, such charges will be levied extra as per mutually agreed rates.
• myTranscriptionPlace reserves the right to increase the rates. All transcription orders will be accepted as per the current rates displayed on the price calculator.
• Transcription rates are per audio minute and Translation rates are per word basis.
• Charges will be levied as per the actual duration of the file / Total word count.
• Payment: myTranscriptionPlace reserves the right to charge a 10% late fee to the total of the invoice if not paid within the agreed credit period.

Money Back Guarantee

99% accuracy: if you are not satisfied with the accuracy of the transcripts, we offer you money back. Just let us know the portions of the transcript where accuracy as promised is not delivered.

The money-back offer is valid for 15 days and during this period if you are not satisfied with the transcript, the money if paid in advance will be returned. In the case of our regular clients, we will raise the invoices after the expiry of the 15 days money-back offer.

Please note the money back offer is not applicable under the following conditions.

• Quality of the audio.
• Quality of the speaker’s and respondent voice.
• Different dialects and accents.
• Inaudible speech due to too much background noise.
• Overlapping speech.
• Unintelligible words.
• Speakers recorded at different volumes.

We will notify immediately if we find any or multiple issues about the audio.

Only if we receive the consent, we will initiate the transcription and no rejection whatsoever will be entertained if money back offer is claimed.
